Ecology
LTD "New Sfera" is one of the large enterprises of Ukraine producing wheat and rye flour. For more than 10 years, we have been improving the production of products for millions of consumers, producing high-quality flour of various grades.
The enterprise is located on the territory of a land plot with a total area of 3,113 hectares. The plot is located in the western part of the city of Shostka on the street Shevchenko, 27 in the industrial zone. In the area where the enterprise is located, there are no objects that are sources of harmful effects on our production. Transport connections are carried out by road and railway tracks.
Structure
The enterprise includes: a flour mill, elevators, a finished products shop with a storage warehouse for bulk flour and packing areas, a transport area, an electrical shop, a steam power shop, a repair and mechanical shop, an administrative household area, a container area, a VOHR, a production and technological laboratory, motor vehicle section.
The capacity of the flour milling complex is 150-180 tons per day.
Products
In 2012, the company received the ISO 9001 quality management system certificate.
Since 2020, the enterprise has implemented an international quality system of HACCP, which is annually confirmed by international auditors and improved in accordance with new certification requirements. During this period of time, the enterprise was reconstructed several times, modernization was carried out, technological and transport equipment was updated, and the range of products was changed. All technical innovations were aimed at the production of high-quality products.
The company carried out reconstruction of the production building. Highly efficient equipment is installed (Turkey).

The laboratory of the enterprise is accredited and equipped with modern equipment for conducting analyzes and quality control of incoming raw materials and products produced for the intended purpose.
The main directions of the company's activity:
- production and sale of wheat and rye flour;
- production and sale of granulated bran intended for livestock complexes, farms of various directions;
- reception, drying and responsible storage of any grain with the provision of quantitative and qualitative safety;
- purchase, reception, cleaning and drying of grain;
- delivery of products to customers.
